Villa Paradysna conditions and booking-terms
  • A 50% down-payment is payable on confirmation of booking within 6 months of arrival.
  • The balance is payable 14 days before arrival.
  • A refundable deposit of R500 for the key and breakage or loss is due 14 days before arrival and will be refunded after departure (minus any loss, breakage or extra cleaning).
  • Final-cleaning fee is not included in quote (appr.R400 to R600, depending on nr of guests)
  • All accommodation is strictly payable in advance.
  • Payment: to 'Erf 9106 CC' Nedbank account nr. 1089 034180, branch-code 108914
  • In-between cleaning services can be arranged at extra cost.
  • Refuse (black trash-bag) is to be placed outside for collection on Monday.
  • Owners / rental-agents will not be held liable for any loss, theft or injury.
  • Please leave Villa Paradysna in the same condition as you found it, failing which an extra cleaning-fee of R400 will be deducted from your breakage deposit.
  • Pets are not allowed without prior consent.
  • Please bring your own beach-towels, as our bath-towels are not meant to be taken out the house.
  • The BBQ (braai) can be used on the grass;Toilet rolls are supplied only for arrival; sun-awning to roll up when windy.
  • The house may be occupied from 15h00 on arrival day to 10h00 on departure day.
  • Cancellation. Accommodation down-payments are refundable only if we are able to re-let the booking.
